They provide details such as the desired date and time for the rental, number of people, and the type of boat they require

Confirm Availability
The booking team will check the boat’s availability on the date and time requested by the customer.
If the boat is available, they will provide confirmation to the customer and provide more details about price, terms and instructions for payment
03.
Payments and Contracts
Customers make payments according to agreed terms, usually via an online payment system or bank transfer.
Once payment is received, customers are asked to sign a rental contract containing details such as terms and conditions, customer responsibilities, and cancellation policy.
